Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BottomLine Technology, we strive for transparency and customer satisfaction.

1. Services

  • Due to the nature of technology and consulting services, refunds are generally not provided once services have been delivered or licenses activated.

  • In cases of service failure attributable to BottomLine Technology, we will work with the client to provide an appropriate credit or partial refund.

2. Products

  • Hardware or software purchased through BottomLine Technology may be eligible for return or replacement if defective, subject to manufacturer warranty terms.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt, and the product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Deposits

  • Deposits paid to confirm an order or project are non-refundable once procurement or project work has begun.

4. Disputes

  • Any disputes will be handled in good faith, aiming for resolution through communication.

  • BottomLine Technology reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests based on circumstances.
